Steps to be followed to submit Online Application Form

Step-1: Click on "New Registration" button and Fill up the Registration Form.

Step-2: You can choose desired User Id and Password.

Step-3: Once submitted, you can Login with your Username and Password.

Step-4: You will be required to fill the form which is available in four(04) tabs for Basic Details/Academic Details/Uploads/Preview. In Basic Details/Academic Details/Uploads/ sections, click on SAVE button to preserve application. Please ensure to SAVE all your entered information.

Step-5: Keep ready following documents before starting online submission of Application Form.

a) Scanned copies of mark sheet pertaining to educational qualifications. Scanned/Digital copy of passport size photo (Maximum size- 50 KB), and Signature (Maximum size- 20 KB).

b) Category Certificate (if applicable)

Step-6: After Filling Up all the necessary information candidates are required to click on final submit button on preview page to submit the form . Please note that without clicking on the final submit button your form will not be considered.

Step-7: After Final Submit You Need to Upload the Following Documents.

3.	Consolidated Marksheet / Grade Card of Qualifying Examination
4.	Degree Certificate of Qualifying Examination
5.	Online Application Form filled by Candidate for admission in M. Tech at GCET
6.	10th Class Certificate / Birth Certificate showing Your Date of Birth and Full Name
7.	Caste Certificate (for the reserved categories only)
8.	EWS Category Certificate (if applicable)
9.	Proof of CGPA/FGPA conversion to Percentage (if applicable)
10.	Course Completion Certificate issued by head of Institution. (Performa at Annexure - I)
11.	Certificate of Physical Disability (for PH Category only)
12.	NOC Certificate(for In Service Candidate)
13.	Scanned Copy of Demand Draft Issued in Favour of Principal, Government College of Engineering and Technology.

Step-8: Candidate should take the print of his/her application form.

Step-9: All further communications regarding the entire process will be available on the designated website. Candidates are requested to keep themselves updated by regularly visiting the website. No individual communication will be done in this matter.
